Easwari Engineering College was instituted in the academic year 1996 -1997, with the Approval of Government of Tamil Nadu and AICTE, New Delhi. As per Govt., Regulations for affiliation, originally the college was affiliated to the University of Madras, subsequently, the college is affiliated to Anna University Chennai since 2002. Pursuing the philosophy of continuous learning, the Institution prepares the students to score creditably in the Academic sessions and also encourages them to develop their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and attitudes to approach life with confidence.

IETE

The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India’s leading recognized professional societydevoted to the advancement of science, technology, electronics, telecommunication and information technology. Founded in 1953, it serves more than 69,000 members through 59 centers/ sub centers primarily located in India (3 abroad) . The Institution provides leadership in scientific and technical areas of direct importance to the national development and economy.

ECE Dept

In order to meet the wide-ranging, challenging and very rapidly growing global Demands for Professional “Electronics and Communication Engineers” in this Hi-Tech Era, the Department of “Electronics and Communication Engineering” was established since the inception of the college in the year 1996.The Objective of the Institution is to impart “Quality Engineering Education” and promote the growth of effective, efficient and true Professionals, through adherence of the highest standards of Academic Integrity and overall ethical conduct, to develop a sense of individual responsibility and also to collectively participate in reinforcing and maintaining an Environment of Honor, Trust and Standards.

Pragyotsav'19

It is this year’s national level technical event conducted by the IETE forum of our college. The event aims on providing great knowledge in the field of electronics and communication in an interactive and sportive way. This event derived from the yesteryear’s IETE Technical Programme ‘IDEATE 2K18 ‘ which became a grand success. Pragyotsav’19 is wished to be a great grand victory this time which will become possible with the dedication of fellow members, support from college and the contribution by the sponsors.
